It has come to denote a process whereby life skills, professional know-how, knowledge, reason and values are absorbed by the one who participates in such a process. It is remarkable that the individuals who go through this important process at IMSciences are not only demonstrably better at establishing their own businesses, providing services to other businesses and organizations, administration and management etc, but are significantly formed and redefined as people who are able to communicate, reason, cooperate, take on challenges, take initiative and provide leadership, stability and growth to any organization, their own families and the society at large. When concrete, practical know-how is complemented by these more intangible, abstract characteristics, it forms an exceptional combination which goes on to render such individuals valuable assets not only to organizations and even their families but it makes them valuable in any context they find themselves in. Such is the achievement of IMSciences, owing to an environment that not only nourishes them, but challenges them sufficiently to build their capacity along with their minds and characters.

We, at IMSciences, ensure the overall well being of our students. For their academic development, we have highly trained and qualified teachers where more than 50% of our faculty are now PhD doctors and are regularly involved in cutting edge academic research work—as part of the international academia of the highest order. For the development of extra-academic skills and abilities, we have a number of student societies that are actively engaged in activities. Usually, not a day goes by on which an activity does not take place. For their professional development, we proactively help our students find jobs through counseling and through our own Career Development Center. We, moreover, offer various scholarships to needy and deserving students: our scholarship office is replete with success stories. We feel responsible even for the mental health of our students, which is why we have instituted the office of the campus psychologist and counselor, besides the fact that if a student is unwell, the whole of IMSciences’ environment attempts to help them out. This is all to say that when a student is under our care, we take responsibility for every aspect of their lives. Whatever period of time students and scholars spend at IMSciences, IMSciences becomes their life.

It is worth mentioning that in today’s ever changing, dynamic world, IMSciences does not allow itself to sit back. We are actively engaged in lifelong learning as well as adopting and teaching students to adopt new trends and methods whether in IT or any other discipline. Knitting academia with industry is part and parcel of what we do. We ensure that no student suffers from an outdated academic experience, once they enter into professional life.
