The Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar (IMSciences) is planning to hold its Convocation tentatively in February/March, 2014. Students of all disciplines who have graduated/qualified from IMSciences during the period 2008 to 2013 are eligible for the award of degrees in the forthcoming Convocation.
The eligible graduates are requested to submit the prescribed proforma available on IMSciences website to Convocation Office at the address given below positively by January 10, 2014. The proforma shall invariably be accompanied by;
- Attested copies of degree(s)/Provisional certificate/final semester DMC;
- Copies of bank receipts/paying-in slips to the effect that the required registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- per degree has been deposited in the Institute’s A/C No. 2613-1 maintained at the National Bank of Pakistan, Hayatabad Branch. Registration fee may also be remitted through a bank draft drawn in favour of the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar
- Gold and silver medals will also be awarded to eligible graduates
It may please be noted that only candidates who have fulfilled all the requirements by due date shall be called for a final dress rehearsal.
The final date/time of the Convocation will be communicated at the appropriate time.
