The Trust is established with the purpose to develop a school of management and IT at par with the institutes around the world. It aims to promote the objective of academic excellence by helping IMSciences to impart up-to-date knowledge and skills to students in the field of business education, information technology and allied disciplines. The Board of Trustees undertakes, administers, and contributes to any provident or charitable funds which may be gifts, grants, donations, and advances or otherwise assessed by the Institution.
